Vision & Inspiration
Throughout her professional journey, Camille observed how rare it was to find places where therapeutic excellence and a warm, refined atmosphere truly coexist.
This reflection gave birth to HILO — a vision of wellness spaces where aesthetics, precision and human connection come together to create meaningful experiences of care.
The name HILO originates from a small town in Hawaii, where Camille discovered an intimate wellness space run by two passionate therapists. This encounter revealed a different way of working, based on collaboration, simplicity and intention, and became the inspiration behind HILO’s identity: unique, refined and audacious wellness areas.

Founder & Managing Director
Camille Breit is the founder and managing director of the HILO wellness areas in Crans-Montana and Zurich, opened in November 2023 and April 2025.
After several years in the 5-star hospitality industry, she specialised in manual lymphatic drainage according to the Dr Vodder method, allowing her to collaborate with clinics in Switzerland and abroad to support post-operative care. She is also trained in Kobido® facial massage under Japanese master Shogo Moshizuki, leading HILO to become an exclusive Kobido Organic Skincare Retail partner in French-speaking Switzerland.

Some treatments provided by ASCA and/or RME recognised therapists may be reimbursed by complementary health insurance. Coverage depends on your insurance policy.

Your therapist will begin with a short consultation to understand your needs, objectives and any relevant medical information, ensuring a treatment adapted to you.
10. How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your appointment to fully enjoy your experience and maintain a calm atmosphere.
11. What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. After this time, the full treatment fee may be charged.
12. What payment methods are accepted?
Payments can be made by Twint, credit card or cash, depending on the wellness area.
13. Is HILO suitable for tourists as well as local clients?
Absolutely. HILO welcomes both local and international guests seeking high-quality therapeutic care in refined and accessible wellness areas.
